ShowUp: delete your account
You can delete your ShowUp account and data at any time, in the app or by email.
Delete by email
Write to felix@cenix.se from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”.
1.In the app
Open ShowUp and sign in. Go to You, then Settings. Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away.
2.Without the app
Email felix@cenix.se from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account and confirm by email within 7 days.
3.What gets deleted
Your profile (name, headline, colour, emoji) and your sign-in email.
Your asks, wins, answers, thanks, nudges and cheers.
Your notifications, notification settings, push tokens and blocks.
Your circle memberships. Circles you own pass to the longest-standing member, or are deleted if you were the last one.
4.What we keep, and for how long
Reports you made, without your name, until 12 months after we close them.
Our nightly backups of the database, which we keep for 30 days. Your data is gone from them within 30 days.
