Privacy and cookies

The site sets no cookies. It has no statistics, no marketing and no login. It stores nothing in your browser. That is why there is no consent box.

The pages load nothing from another domain. There is no analytics tool, and no fonts or scripts from elsewhere. The site runs on a server at Hostup AB, a Swedish hosting company. No CDN sits in between.

The web server writes one line for each request: time, method, page address, status and size. Before it writes the line, the server deletes your IP address, your browser’s user agent, cookies and the address of the page you came from. The log is there to run the site and find faults. We keep it for 14 days.

When you write to felix@cenix.se, the message passes through Cloudflare Email Routing and is stored in Google Gmail. Our replies go out through Resend. We use your message only to answer you. We keep it as long as we need to answer, or longer when the law requires it, for example the bookkeeping rules.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR, you have the right to know what data we hold about you. You have the right to have errors corrected and data erased, and you can object to how we use it. Write to felix@cenix.se.
