1.The short version

Peel is a free Android game made by Cenix AB. It has no accounts, no purchases and no ads. These terms are the rules for using it. If you install or use Peel, you accept them.

They are short on purpose. If something here is unclear, write to felix@cenix.se.

2.Who these terms are with

Cenix AB, organisationsnummer 559602-4801, a company in Sweden, makes Peel and offers it to you. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Cenix AB. You can reach us at felix@cenix.se.

3.Your licence

We give you a personal licence to install and use Peel on your own Android devices, free of charge. The licence is not exclusive and you cannot transfer it. It lasts until you delete Peel or we end it under these terms.

Peel, and everything in it (the code, art, text and sound), belongs to Cenix AB or to those who license it to us. You get the right to use Peel, not to own it.

Google Play’s own terms apply to how you download and update Peel from Google Play. These terms are about using the game.

4.What you may not do

Use Peel for yourself and for fun. Do not copy it, sell it, rent it out or share it as your own. Do not take it apart to get at its code, except where the law gives you that right. Do not remove our notices.

Do not try to break, overload or get around the parts of Peel that talk to our servers, such as the feedback form. Do not use Peel to break the law.

Peel is made for players aged 13 and over.

5.What you send us

If you send us feedback, we may use your ideas to improve Peel, without payment and without naming you. The text you write stays yours. We handle it as the privacy policy says. Do not send anything unlawful, and do not send other people’s personal data.

6.If something does not work

Peel is free, and we cannot promise that it will always work without errors or interruptions. We try to fix the bugs we learn about. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights the law gives you when digital content is faulty. We give no other promises about Peel.

Your game progress is saved on your phone, and we keep no copy. If Android backup is on, Android may also back it up to your own Google account, as the privacy policy says. Without that backup, deleting Peel or its data, or losing your phone, means the progress is gone.

7.Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from using Peel or from not being able to use it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, for personal injury, or for anything else the law does not let us limit.

8.Law and your consumer rights

Swedish law applies to these terms and to your use of Peel. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the rights that the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live give you. Those rules still apply to you, and so does your right to go to court in your own country, where the law gives you that right.

Where a term in this text would limit a right that the law does not let us limit, the law wins.

9.Changes to Peel

We may update Peel, change it or stop offering it. Peel is free and has no purchases, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop at any time by deleting Peel. We can end your licence if you break these terms, and then you must delete Peel.

10.Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect. If a change makes your position worse, we also say so in the release notes of the Peel update. If you do not accept a change, stop using Peel and delete it. A change never applies to what happened before it.

11.Privacy

How Peel handles your data is in the privacy policy. It says what stays on your phone, what Peel sends if you agree, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.
